We are here to serve our patients in the Austin and surrounding communities.  We are here  with you and for you during these difficult times and our goal is to continue to provide the quality healthcare that you are accustomed to.

Call our office at (512)346-7600 or submit a Telehealth Appointment Request via this site and we will get you set up with one of our specialists to connect with you, Monday through Sunday.   The physician will assess at that time, if you would be better served being seen in person for further evaluation, at either our Austin or Cedar Park location.   You will be connected to one of our own physicians, not a generic, non-specialist, telehealth-only doctor.    We work for YOU!

Our phones are monitored every day of the week.  If you do not reach a receptionist, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

We are continuing to have office hours Monday through Friday as well, for those patients who have been thoroughly screened, so that we may provide in-person care while maintaining a safe environment for our patients, staff, and physicians.

What do I need to connect with my doctor for a telehealth appointment?  You need a smart phone or computer with a good internet connection.  We will do the rest!  Upon appointment confirmation, we will send you an email with instructions on how to connect.  It’s quick and easy.

What happens at the time of my appointment?  You click on the link provided in the confirmation email we sent you.  You will arrive in the virtual waiting room until the doctor is ready to see you.  There is also a chat option once you are in the waiting room if you need special assistance.

How will the doctor examine me?  The doctor will ask you to explain in detail your concerns.  He/she will visually inspect your physical appearance and determine next steps.

How long will the visit last?  Just like with face-to-face visits, it depends on the individual needs of the patient.  The average visit time is approximately 15 minutes.

Will my insurance pay for a telehealth visit?  Most insurances do provide benefits for telemedicine visits.  We will do our best to check your specific policy prior to your visit.  If not, our self pay rate is $75.00 per visit.

What if I absolutely need to be seen?  We understand there are instances where it’s imperative that we see a patient in person.  Not a problem, we are here for you.  We will do our due diligence in triaging you appropriately to maintain a safe environment, and schedule you to come in!
